Refund and Returns Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to us via a tracked and insured postal service.

As customer service is so important to us we also offer and honour a no quibble returns policy for any item that is faulty and not working per its individual listing description.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes, batteries, books and magazines. These items cannot be returned.

If you have asked us to engrave your watch, we are unable to accept it as a return unless it is faulty or damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

As the majority of our watches are pre-loved, please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. A watch or time piece with obvious signs of use.
  2. If in sealed packaging and this packaging has been removed.
  3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. (This includes water damage).
  4. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
 

There are certain situations where we are unable to offer a refund.

  1. If you make us aware that you have used and worn the watch.
  2. If a customer is abusive, threatening or discriminatory towards any member of our team.
  3. If it is an item that has been personalised or engraved, altered or modified in any form.
  4. For items returned late to us without explanation or written warning. Per our terms and conditions all returned items will be inspected and authenticated by our watchmaker, before any refund or partial refund decision is made.
 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a timeframe of 5-7 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded. This also applies to any off-line purchases on third party sites like Ebay and Chrono24 for example.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must contact us directly and we will advise you of an address to ship your item back to us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, we advise customers to use a trackable shipping service and purchasing additional shipping insurance, as we don’t offer any guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If we don’t receive your item than any refund is null and void.
